💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Design and format brochures, newsletters, books, flyers, worksheets, question papers, manuals, and reports.
Work with DTP software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office to produce professional layouts.
Ensure all content aligns with school standards and specifications.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and print vendors for final output.
Proofread and correct grammar, spelling, and formatting errors during typesetting.
Convert scanned or handwritten documents into editable formats.
Maintain design consistency across all school materials.
Deliver accurate, print-ready, and digital files within deadlines.
✅ Requirements:
Prior experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, DTP, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
